We will arrange a package for this weekend away, that includes:

The coach departs Melbourne 5.30pm on Friday and arrives Falls Creek 11.00pm. The coach departs Falls Creek on Sunday at 4.30 pm and arrives Melbourne 10.00pm.

Join the team at FunFF for our end of months drinks night at one of Melbourne's newest bars, The Order of Melbourne.

We enjoyed the bar so much last time we are going back again.

The venue is on Level 2 and the ground floor entrance has a bright red door and is opposite RMIT. The nearest intersection is the corner of Latrobe and Swanston Streets.

A group of recreational cyclists from Fun, Food and Friendship meet up for a monthly cycle and breakfast.

We join a cycling breakfast club whose aim is to bring the European social experience surrounding the sport of cycling to Melbourne.

There is an annual fee of $30 that is payable on your first visit. This includes complementary breakfasts each month, a selection of food/beer vouchers and a water bottle.

The ride takes us along the Beach Road until Black Rock and returns to the cafe start point.

Fun, Food and Friendship runs many sporting activities and some events require a longer commitment than a one-off activity and this is one of these activities.

Members of Fun, Food and Friendship play near St Kilda on a Wednesday night for 12 weeks, so a commitemnt for 12 weeks is required.

We will create mixed teams (2 ladies and 2 gents) and if we do not have exact numbers we will create a team with other non FFF tennis players to create teams that will last the whole season.

The cost is approx $180 for 12 weeks and is payable to the tennis centre. If you are unable to make one week due to illness or work, a replacement will be found.

St Kilda Pier (at cycle track), St Kilda

This will be an easy social casual ride to Altona from St Kilda Pier. The ride will be on bike trails along the esplanade from St Kilda up to Port Melbourne and up to the Westgate Bridge. The bicycle punt will be used to cross at Fishermans Bend. The bike path will continue after the punt into Williamstown and follow the coast around to Altona. A lunch venue will be decided on the day at Altona Return is via the same bike path. Approx 50 kms.

This ride is run in conjunction with another cycling club. Price includes return trip on the bicycle punt at the Westgate Bridge.

Mecanix Restaurant, Swinburne Campus, 144 High Street (near Chapel Street), Prahran.

Come & join your friends at FunFF for an all inclusive food and wine evening. Our qualified wine expert, trained in viticulture and winemaking will give us some tips on appreciating wine with a two course gourmet meal. This session will concentrate on tasting “Iberian varietals”. There will be some wines imported from Spain/Portugal but some will be wines made from grapes which were grown here. The tasting will include sparkling, white and red wines.

Unlike our normal wine appreciation nights there will be more wine (and not just a tasting) with each course to make it a more social event.

Our wine expert for the evening is Bede Doherty, author of Appreciating Wine, wine consultant and entertainer. Have fun at this interactive and entertaining wine dinner.

There will br a choice of two gourmet courses.

If anyone has any other special requirements (gluten-free/coeliac/etc etc, please let us know in advance.

Tram 6 stops outside this venue and is also close to Prahran Station. It is likely that you could consume nearly a bottle of wine over the course of the evening so driving is not recommended.

Look for Bede (pronounced "Beed")on arrival. The time 6.30 arrival for a 6.45 start.

Forecourt Area , Victoria Harbour, Docklands then cruising up to Flemington

Capture the excitement of the Spring Racing Carnival and take the opportunity to enjoy the party atmosphere on a fantastic spring carnival Oaks Day cruise to Flemington.

The day begins with a glass of Champagne on arrival at the boat, followed by hors d’ouvres served on the way to Flemington arriving at 11am.

Lunch is a gourmet buffet lunch including seafood platters, sushi, hot and cold meats, fresh salads and followed by deserts. There is a private outdoor entertaining area at Flemington by the river. Lunch is served between 12.30 and 14.30.

A fully inclusive bar would be available all day including red, white and sparkling wines, light and heavy beer, spirits and soft drinks.

We depart Flemington 15 minutes after the last Race. On the return journey you can enjoy the party atmosphere or sit back and access your days trading, while your crew serve cheese and greens.

The boat has a unique design and has extremely comfortable vessel with excellent facilities.

Return transfers and use of the boat, for the entire day. Use of private outdoor entertaining area at Flemington by the river.
